Day Thirteen

I stopped for an espresso at HeBrews Coffee Company in Bedford, PA; it was fine. This being my last day, I really didn’t plan to see many sites; I just wanted to get home. I never found the Historic Factory Covered Bridge in New Columbia, PA, and skipped the Rosenau Bros. Clothing Factory in Lansford, PA. I did stop at the Grey Towers National Historic Site, which was the home of Gifford Pinchot, founder and first chief of the US Forest Service. I did not take the house tour, but I did spend a half hour wandering around the grounds. From there it was a straight run home.
